I brought my lot from eBay for a few quid. They were smaller than i expected to be honest but she chucked in 20 more for good measure and they grow pretty quick.

By the time Bug is awake next year this batch will be full grown and i will have to go through the "Bug its a roach, its not scary so just eat the bloody thing" all over again

Yep Bug is asleep now until Jan/ Feb next year now. No preparing salads or feeding live food, no lights or basking .... Lovely :D

This will explain all you need to know about brumation. Not all beardies do it and it should only be done if your beardie starts it themselves ...

Hmm let me think!

I've never had Bug awake over a Xmas, lol ..... She will have some big juicy roaches to wake up to in Jan/ Feb .... thats like a belated Xmas present. Last year she had a new viv and fake rock feature. Im not doing that again though, although the fake rock feature does need replacing! I might just re coat it with PVA glue and sand when she's awake :)
