Try boosting the basking temp a little. You can also try feeding roaches that have just shed and are still white, for some reason beardies seem to love them like that!

I have moved the basking bulb down an inch, and its now 39.8c. So It's up 3 degrees. Will see how he gets on.
Also, after reading your message, I found a couple of white roaches, but no luck. No interest at all.
Today he's been walking about a fair bit, now he's hiding in the cool end with his head on the viv glass. It's like he's settling still. The settling blues. Will leave him be a few days. No physical contact.

You're also going to have to factor in brumation - happens with these guys as well!

But I thought at only 7 months old was to young really, so stupidly I never really had it in mind  . He's also not touching his salad now. So he is not himself. But he's happy to climb onto me and come out.
Had a bath today and went toilet. Looked ok to be honest.
I will leave him next couple of days totally. See how he fairs. Shall I stop his salad/veg also you think?

No - at that age you need to maintain heat etc. keep presenting food and worry for 6~8 wweeks until he starts feeding again. I assume he's been tested for parasites? If not it may be worth checking.

He was tested when I got him. I'm quite friendly with my local vet now, due to my rep's getting tested and check-ups etc. And also the amount of questions I've asked him lol. When I got the results, as usual I never understand them. But he gave me the all clear.

I'd have to say that it's most likely brumation/settling in syndrome then. So just be patient, keep the temps up and he should slowly pick up.

I'd like to add, today he Is shedding like mad. Wow, that came on quick, he was shedding a little when we got him, then nothing. But now its all over.
So he's had a quick bath, which he absolutely loved. Now he's basking and rubbing on his basking root.

So that must have been stressing him also. Will keep you updated. 8)

Quick update.

He's been poo'ing fine. And almost done shedding. He is so fussy eating tho. I managed to get more Calci Worms, he eats a few of them, but still only really gobbles up mini mealies.

I also managed to get some Silkworms for the first ever time. He ate about 4 and then gave up lol.

So today he's eaten about 4 silkies, about 6 mealies, and 3/4 calci worms, then he had enough and walked away. He's not eaten any salad for few days.

Not really sure if its enough for a little one, but I'm happy he's eating still.

He is still alert, and will come over and get his food when I put it in the viv.

I've also noticed he's not basking much on his basking log. He's not hiding as such, often site along the front edge of the viv with his head on the viv glass looking out. So his UV exposure is still good.

Well, I will leave him to it still I think.
