Sporting large bruise, due to one of the horse up our yard. I would love to advice of the first reaction but would be censored kick to the hip a bit tender today.
Any way moral is, do not try to get to your horse whilst the medic is turning up for your wife who has just fallen off, as the siren makes the horse very jumpy and liable to kick out.
Maybe had the medic used her brain and not use the siren to attend a riding accident it would not have happened and if I had not tried to get to our horse so quick I would not have been so close.
Either way neither engaged brain I got kicked, better me than anyone else

How stupid to use a siren round horses! Sorry about your hip - how's your wife? I presume it was serious to call an ambulance!

Bloody horses - who'd have 'em?

Thanks! It's a great friendly yard - lots of social life. In the summer we all sit round in the sun drinking tea all day. (Well, the liveries that is. The staff are working! )
