Well tonight i've been playing League of Legends with a friend and saw something moving out of the corner of my eye.

Well me being REALLY arachnophobic i instantly thought "Thats a big ass spider i know it is"

Got ready to pick up and shoe and crush it...turns out if was a blood cricket......

Some how, a cricket either got out of Mikeys viv and crawled up the wall, or i dropped one when i was feeding them to him. Either way, i kinda poo'd my self

I haven't found an escapee for years. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing :?

 One of the main reasons I only buy locusts, they can't run fast and are easy to catch if they escape whilst feeding :D

The worst escapee I had was when we moved Puffy to our new house. She had a couple of locusts in the vivarium which I thought would be fine to leave in during transfer. (Took Puffy out though  ). Her previous owner fed her the adult locusts.

Just coming off the sliproad on the motorway, checked my mirror, just as an escapee locust jumped onto my head! Resulted in lots of screaming and irratic driving! Nearly crashed my car but had to keep driving with the costant dread of not knowing where the locust had gone. Got to our house and found the locust in the drivers side door compartment!

The vibrations of the motorway had vibrated the vivarium glass doors open!
