Bud had issues with shedding on her neck and eyes for a long time. But over the past 18 months there has been a spot on her neck she struggles with. It's always eventually come off, but over time developed into what looks like a scar. (First pic attached) the vets seen this on numerous occasions and said it looked okay.

She shed again last week, and the spot on the neck has started to come off, but I have noticed it has started to turn a pinky colour. It looks sore and worrying. ( second pic attached)

We are at the vets on Tuesday ( first day our vet is back)

Any thoughts ?

Looks like a scar patch one of ours has.She had a problem shedding and baked herself under a spotlight rather to long - ended up with a "sunburn" patch which scarred and bleached all the colour out. I would however get it checked as dragons can also get melanomas believe it or not.

Had our results today and I'm pleased to update you that alls okay, she hasn't got any major issues, just struggling to repair the skin. A bit of iodine when she's shedding and a close eye and il think well be fine.
She goes for a check up every 6 months anyway and vets happy to wait till then to see her again so I'm happy.

Thanks for the advise Rick,
Shona
