My dragon has had a poo today and is a lite reddish color bit worried as he hasn't been eating much at all last few months been vets couple times give him stuff get rid of any worms in him still didn't change his eating habits and now this any ideas guys?

Took a photo on phone but won't upload too big trying sort that now

Do need to see a photo - it can be colour from food being eaten and sometimes they can get a scratch in the bowel from the shell of an insect. I would only worry if it happens again.
