Hi my bearded dragon Spyro has started shedding today his neck underneath has a lot hanging off. He is rubbing at it on his shelving but it's still stuck....he's fine in himself running round cheeky wanting to be out of his viv with us. Is their anything I need to do to help this process for him spraying him or a warm bath maybe I'm new to this only had him a couple of weeks. He is 6 months old

Thanks

As long as he's got something a bit rough to rub on just leave him to it. Any assistance will be like peeling sunburn - not nice.

he has like a sandpaper sheet on his shelving which came with the viv. Fingers crossed it goes soon looks really annoyed about it and uncomfortable. Thank you. Also I've been giving him red pepper as he loves it but should this only be a treat?? What main greens should he have I have been giving green beans, basil, peppers and mixed leaves x

All sounds good. You can also try dandelions including the flowers, nasturtiums and butternut pumpkin, plus any of the chinese vegetables such as pak choy.
