BORING :|
Anyone else got a beardie on the slow down at the moment and are you lucky enough to have other reptiles to keep you occupied?

I miss 'normal' Bug and all her lazy/ mad moments and of course i miss her coming out for her run arounds :(

The paranoia of getting everything right is wearing off as this is my first beardie (she is 4 years old and i've had her a few months) so i've pretty much stopped fretting now about brumation and making sure i get everything right!

... well now just a bit bored really and as im not allowed any more reps i will just have to twidle my thumbs for another couple of months!

Ant. :)

It won't last forever and then you will get your beardie back to normal!

This is when you get to go on holiday and/or strip and clean her enclosure, plus all those other maintenance jobs you were going to do over the previous 12 months :D

Well now you mention it i did get wood pre cut for a new viv, ready to put together this weekend, and i am like a man posessed with this whole make your own polysterene/ tile grout etc fake wall thing which is going to go in her new bigger viv

Actually Rick a quick question - when i make this new viv do i wait until Brumation is over or just make sure the temps are the same and she is kept quiet and comfortable in it?
Ant.

I'd move her whilst she's still sleepy - should have less of a reaction to the change of environment this way!

Rick
