Herbie in the garden basking in the sun, great weather to get bearded dragons in to the garden he loves it.

What sort of run do you have him in :) when I take Therru in the garden I have to block the gates off ; and any gaps round the shed , its a nightmare :) and he loves going out, but I suppose he has the run of the garden ; we normally go in the front garden as only the gate needs blocking. Only I am trying to get the turf right and have weed n feed on it :D lovely picture :D

It just a small rabbit run but I put a floor in and astro turf and a bit of a shaded area and a sensor so I can see how hot it gets in the full sun it's been up to 104 f but he dose enjoy likes to eat his cockroaches in there as well one at a time :)

I have seen a lot of people using the small rabbit runs. They work great and you can easily make a basking spot using strategically placed tin foil to direct the sun onto a specific basking rock.

It's been so hot haven't needed tin foil he's gone into the shaded area to get out of the sun after about an hour and as I say'd the temp in the sun were up to 104f but his colors are realy showing well in the real sun :)
