yeah he said anytime I think she needs it in the mean time get her straight to him, but to be honest she seems to be improving. She's eat a couple of worms every day for the past few days, and also the stuff the vet gave us, which is just meats and protein by the look and smell of it ha.
She also seems a lot more comfortable to stay in her Viv, doesn't need to be out as much as she has wanted past few weeks. She even ran back to her Viv last night.
Il see how she goes, fingers crossed she keeps improving and it's an all clear for the next xray.

Thanks for all your help.
Il let you know how we get on.

Well she's started eating a lot better now, few worms a day, and even had a locust today.

My question is, I have a new Viv for her, It's all set up for her now and I was wondering if I should hold off moving her until I know she's fully better?
I know it can knock them off food ect with new environment, but she will still have all the same outside her Viv, and she does spend a few hours a day running around the flat, which happens to be the easiest time to get her to eat these days, so she will know where she is the ect and il keep feeding outside the Viv for now.

Any advise is great

Thanks

All I can say is that it isn't unusual for them to go off food for up to a week after a change and if sh'es only just coming good I'd be tempted to leave things as they are for another week or so.

Just an update to say we have been back for another X-ray and still no change in the follicles.
Vet doesn't think they are going to develop into eggs now but we are back in 2 weeks for another check.

On the eating side of things buds back to normal, eating as much as she gets like a little dust bin again ha

Hopefully the next X-ray will be the last and they will have re absorbed.

I've not moved her into the new Viv yet, but when she's roaming the flat I do put her in it with the glass out to get her used to the area and move freely in an out of it .

If they don't absorb then I would expect him to operate to remove them - as long as she's fit and healthy she should come through it OK.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed they have absorbed when we go back in 2 weeks.
Really don't want her to have to have an op.

Thanks for your advise, made me feel a lot better if she does in fact need the op .

The follicles have started to reabsorb finally.
Just got to go back in a month for the all clear but you can defiantly see they are getting smaller.

Thanks for all the help and advise, been a scary few months but her weights back up now and everything's looking good. :)

Glad to hear that - unabsorbed follicles can be dangerous.
