Barry is shedding for a second time in 4 weeks,is this normal? If so how often do they shed?

Barry is approx 8 months old

Boils down to how well you feed him. The skin doesn't expand like ours so once it gets tight they dump it - so - not unusual for a youngster but with adults they may go 6+ months at times between sheds.

Ok cheers Rick, he's growing well eating around 20 medium crickets each day.

Is there any problems introducing beardies to dogs? We have a family dog who will only sniff around Barry when supervised, just not sure if they may pass diseases to each other?
