Can you get a slightly more in-focus shot of Prime? It is possible you've a bit of Girl on girl action  going there but if you had the full dragging by the neck, coiling tail round and under then going to sleep (no comments here please) you've got a boy

Weight by itself is OK but overall body shape needs to be considered and as fat is stored in the tail and in pads at the rear of the belly down each side you have to consider their shape. Given how thick the tail appears I'd have to say that weight is a problem here. What feeding regime will you be using?

Male to the best of my knowledge. Mixed veggies daily for all adults and live food fed every second or third day. Personally I only feed around 6~8 adult roaches to adults unless they're gravid. So try this for a while checking his weight to see it isn't increasing if it does then cut back on live food for a while.

Rick!

I have just found out that although mating with fraggle , prime is indeed female as she has just laid a batch of eggs!! They are white but dented so I know they probably are not fertile will upload a pic .

But when fraggle laid she had white puffy eggs? Where they fertile or not? I'm so confused lol

Hmm. I've certainly not seen anything like that - Rick might have done.

All I can think is that bearded dragons are not maternal at all. They normally lay the eggs, cover them, and then forget them. It could be that she doesn't know what they are if it's the first clutch she's laid, and has even less of a maternal instinct than most. Is she on her own in the vivarium? With some animals the presence of another of the same species can make them hurt their own young in a warped way of protecting them.

If you want to try to hatch them I'd try and get undamaged ones out as soon as possible - the way she's moving them around she's going to kill any embryos if the eggs are fertile.
