Hello every1,
Im hoping you may be able to help/advise me.
We believe our bearded dragon is pregnant, & was mated on or around 2/11. How long will she go befor laying eggs. She has been digging like mad in her viv, and i was wondering when i should expect eggs.
Any advise greatly recieved
kind regards Kerry & Ade

i think it's 5 weeks, but they can have more than one clutch of eggs (3 i think) Means she may lay a clutch then a couple of weeks later lay another. They hatch after 65-75 days :)

Our guys go 4 weeks for thr first clutch then 3 weeks approx for 2,3, & 4th clutch. So if she is gravid then expect her to go off food for the last 3~4 days and to really trash the viv over that period. Are you prepared with laying box, incubator & spare vivs etc. or or was this unplanned? If the latter I'd strongly recommend you freeze the eggs immediately they are laid, this is painless and saves you a great deal of heart ache, monetary trauma and general selling problems.

Rick
