You may be lucky and they'll live happily together but the consensus on here is to separate. Bullying is not always obvious and one of your beardies may be suffering. There are some posts on here with some pretty nasty pictures of what can happen if they fight.
Separating is the only way to stop breeding and constant mating will put a strain on your female. In the wild, they live solitarily, only coming together to breed, so don't worry about them being 'lonely'
In the end, it's your choice but read the posts on here so you know the signs to look out for.
Put the eggs in the freezer to kill the embryos then throw them in the bin once thoroughly frozen.
