Jess has been running up and down her viv for the last 5 mins so i usually take her out for a run around if she does this. Just taken her out like 100 other times and she has gone really hyper. Black beard for 10 mins so far, trying to climbs wall and generally not at all like her
Any ideas? She is about 2years old and a female
Shes back in her viv now and she still looks really stressed

It's usually the males that do this - but in spring they all have the occasional "mad 5 minutes". Unless she's doing it continually over a few days I wouldn't worry.

To add a bit more info. since shes got up today ive seen about 6 heads bobs so far and i could hear her bobbing head against glass while i wasnt in the room. In the 1.5 years ive had her ive only ever seen 2 head bobs so this is quite extreme
What could be going on here?

My female is eight. Although she's calmed down over the last week she was going nutty tearing up and down the Viv a couple of weeks ago - for about two weeks! Joys of spring, I expect. In the wild they'd probably be looking for a mate around this time. I wouldn't think it was anything to worry about.
